Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items marked as final sale, or on items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).
  • Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria listed above.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Our Support Team: To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] within the 14-day return window. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer support team will respond with detailed return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include the RMA number inside the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Refund Details

  • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of our error.
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
