Orders & Shipping

How long does processing take before my order ships?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

Where do you ship to and what are the costs?

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We can only accommodate requests if the order has not yet entered the packaging process.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Final sale items, including clearance and promotional items, are non-returnable.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Products & Sizing

How do I find the right size?

We provide detailed size charts for each product category (Casual Dresses, Evening Dresses, Two Piece Sets, Tops). Please refer to the specific chart on the product page and measure yourself for the best fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Are the colors of the products accurate in the photos?

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor settings and lighting conditions, colors may vary slightly from the images. Please refer to the product description for additional color details.

How should I care for my garments?

Care instructions are listed on the label inside each garment. We recommend following these instructions closely, such as hand washing delicate items like evening dresses and laying flat to dry, to maintain the quality and longevity of your purchase.

Is my personal information safe?
